生活的心,應當無憂無懼,純粹如風;生活如是,設計亦是。
佛學華嚴宗提倡「一即一切,一切即一」。在一與多的形式哲學中,相互協調、衍生平衡、而涵構整體。從動、靜的二元對立中,以視覺的穿透經驗,做為流動意象,以立面紋理,引導靜態表情,濃淡之間,透過連續形式的序列,引述對於生活的想像。

摒除裝飾性的價值,讓空間事物直接對話,強調:「設計,是場域輕鬆無壓的態度,應該是自由無負擔,卻又要從空間結構中,發展出〝定〞的構築概念,私藏空間秩序。」掙脫既有的框架、形式,以「輕盈、流動、滲透」空間概念,建築結構與設計意涵互補、連絡、銜接、衍生出生活的整體關係。
一入一切
當人的本體,進入到空間的實相裡,感受到生命的存在與寧靜,也替生活,預留後續的精彩伏筆…將設計潤入自然且與環境交融,與花鳥同春、與萬物共生,提升場域的親和力,「在空間的度量裡,吸納許多想像的記憶,期待飽和之後,淬煉成情感的支柱,我們希望透過材質或陳設的脈絡與文化,圍塑出看得見卻聽不到的聲音,讓生活在新與舊物質的交替下,擁有正面的能量,讓心情輕鬆,想像飛揚。」

從〝一即一切〞,而至於〝一入一切〞,都是將繁化簡、多化一的形上表現,轉載成為空間裡直接的象徵主義,從純粹自然的符碼印象裡,透過設計,由外而內的具體演繹情感的皈依適所,更與環境形成一種不可分割的必要存在價值。
相即相入
建築大師路易斯‧康 認為自然律之間的相互關係,是一種和諧的互動,與中國的老子之道極為契合。亞里士多德在〝形上學〞一書中指出:「除非透過感官,否則人便一無所知。」透過自然語彙、精製工法的轉化,挹注萬物之間事事無礙、圓融和諧、相依相成主從關係。

Life's existence and tranquility are felt immediately when a human is added to the picture. When a design prioritizes nature and is well blended into the environment, the context and culture displayed by the materials and the layout generate a voice that can only be seen and not heard, making one feel relaxed and joyous.
Craftsmanship and refined taste of the chair and table are carefully nested in the contextual dialogue between rocks and wood and can be discovered when light is shone onto the surface. Purity and tranquility are inserted, through tangible and intangible expressions, in life's very basic comforts.
The materials used in the process of designing are less than that needed for basic living. Material features are well used, so that they correspond to the environment and deliver warmth and comfort. The strategy of adding by subtracting reflects a way of living that seeks to remain aloof from worldly affairs.
